What do you do when you’re one of Hollywood’s hottest couples and the owners of a sprawling, 1,000-acre estate in France? You make wine, of course.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are set to debut their first batch of Bottled by Jolie-Pitt and Perrin wine, according to People magazine.
Made from grapes grown at the couple’s Château Miraval estate in Provence, France, the 2013 vintage pink rosé dubbed Miraval, which was formerly called Pink Floyd, will be the first in a line of wines expected to be released by the Jolie-Pitts and their partner Marc Perrin. Organic white and red wines are expected to follow later this year.
“We are intimately involved and quite enthused over the wine project with our friends the Perrin family,” Pitt said through his rep to Bloomberg.
The Bottled by Jolie-Pitt and Perrin pink rosé is expected to become available in the U.S. March 15. No release date has been announced for Canada.
