Lindsay Lohan Wants Adderall In Rehab Plea Deal (REPORT)

Lindsay Lohan Wants Adderall In Rehab Plea Deal
Lindsay Lohan is allegedly willing to go to rehabilitation on one condition: Her Adderall goes with her.

Lohan reportedly wants permission to continue taking Adderall -- a substance used to treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy that increases attention and decreases restlessness -- in rehab, according to TMZ. The 26-year-old wants this clause attached to her plea deal or else she will take her chances at trial.

Last month, Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in "locked in" rehab after pleading no contest to reckless driving and lying to police following a June 2012 car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway. She must also complete community service and psychotherapy.

This is not the first time the "Canyons" star has been sentenced to rehab. Back in 2010, Lohan completed her fifth rehab stint at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

TMZ notes that in 2010 Lohan was prescribed Adderall while in jail for her ADHD. However, doctors at the UCLA rehab facility believed she was misdiagnosed.

Michael Lohan previously discussed Lindsay's use of Adderall and other medications, according to Us Weekly. "[I]t's toxic," he said. "When I left [rehab facility] Cirque Lodge [in October 2007], I thought she was in a good place, but she left with a bucket of medication. I was disgusted."

Although some recent reports claim the "Liz & Dick" actress -- who was most recently photographed partying at clubs in Sao Paulo -- continues to drink and use drugs, her lawyer, Mark Heller, says she is a victim.

“She does not need rehab,” Heller told CNN reporters in March. He added, “Lindsay doesn’t have a problem with alcohol and drugs. Lindsay has other types of issues that are being dealt with.”

Demi Lovato To Release 'Demi' Album In May
Demi Lovato will return next month with her fourth studio album, as "Demi" has been slated to hit stores on May 14 through Hollywood Records. On Monday (Apr. 1), the album's release date and cover art -- which shows a dead-serious Lovato covered in silver body paint -- were officially unveiled.

The official music video for the album's first single, "Heart Attack," will premiere next Tuesday night (Apr. 9) on E! News. After the song scored Lovato's biggest sales week for a single upon its debut in February, "Heart Attack" sits at No. 21 on the current Hot 100 chart.

"Demi" is the follow-up to 2011's "Unbroken," which has sold 448,000 copies to date, according to Nielsen SoundScan. That album was led by the ballad "Skyscraper," which gave Lovato her first Top 10 single, and also spawned the hit "Give Your Heart a Break," which spent 32 weeks on the Hot 100 in 2012.

The Suspex, Ryan Tedder, Carl Falk, Jonas Jeberg, Matt Rad and Rami Yacoub are among the producers and writers with credits on "Demi." Of the new album, Lovato says in a press statement, "It's better than anything I have ever done! I experimented with a variety of different sounds and poured my heart into writing these songs. I'm so excited for everyone to finally get the chance to hear them!"

Demi Lovato's 'Heart Attack': Inside The Big Debut Week

This week, Lovato kicks off an ambitious press run, stopping by "Jimmy Kimmel Live" on Monday night, "Dancing With The Stars" on Tuesday, "Good Morning America" next Wednesday (Apr. 10) and "Kelly & Michael" next Thursday (Apr. 11). The 20-year-old pop star will also return as a judge on the U.S. version of "The X Factor" this fall.

Pre-orders for "Demi" begin on Tuesday in North America, and next Tuesday (Apr. 9) for the rest of the world.

Chris Brown talks salvaging his reputation on 'Today': ‘I can’t make everybody like me’
The ‘Forever’ singer talks with Matt Lauer about how he is changed man, saying things are 'good' in his relationship with Rihanna.

Chris Brown talks about his new album and fixing his reputation in an appearance on 'Today' Monday.

Chris Brown stopped by NBC's "Today" show to talk about his new album "X," and even more at length about the new, reformed him.

"I've been humbled by the whole experience," Brown, 23, said, referring to the fallout over the past three years after beating girlfriend Rihanna, 25, in 2009.

'I've been humbled by the whole experience,' Brown said.

"Knowing that what I did was totally wrong and having to kind of deal with myself and kind of forgive myself in the same breath and being able to apologize to, you know, Rihanna…"

Host Matt Lauer grilled Brown about his claims to be a "different man," pointing out that his recent spats — with both singers Frank Ocean and Drake — and a slew of inappropriate Instagram photos, don't echo his reformed sentiment.

You understand that if you behave badly again, you're going to damage not only your relationship, but her reputation as well,' said Lauer

"Yeah, everything's good, we're fine," he said. "Knowing that what I did was wrong, and never doing it again. So as far as me and (Rihanna) are concerned, she knows my heart, and I know her heart. So I'm not really focused on the negative."

And, Lauer took it a step further, making sure Brown knows he can't mess up again.

"Absolutely," said Brown. "That's why I'm moving forward, positive."
